A quarterly sales summary meeting
In order to successfully complete the annual sales work target, better serve the market and improve the competitiveness of our
group's products, the first quarter working meeting of our group's marketing department was held at the group's headquarters on
April 14th. The meeting was hosted by Cindy Xiao, assistant of the marketing department. Mr. Chen Song'an, executive director
of the group, Ms. Ye Xiaohui, deputy general manager, and major regional sales staff attended the meeting.
The meeting informed the completion of the performance of the marketing department in the first quarter of this year,
and gave full affirmation to the marketing department for exceeding the target in the first quarter, and analyzed and exchanged
views on the problems and difficulties encountered in the sales work. At the same time, the monthly sales champion of the first
quarter and all sales staff were rewarded.
In view of the Group's annual work plan, the meeting issued the marketing department's sales target for the second quarter and the
sales tasks of each region, and at the same time, made arrangements for the next stage of work.
In the subsequent multi-departmental coordination meeting, the group manufacturing, technology, engineering and other multi-departmental
responsible person for the development of the industry and market development involved in the problem, and marketing personnel on-site
communication and exchange. Discuss and analyze the current problems in the work, and one by one to formulate plans and measures to
implement specific work, so as to improve the quality of product sales and service quality and work efficiency.
