2023 Spring Staff Games
In order to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, enrich the amateur cultural life of the staff, improve the cohesion of all staff of the Group, on April 15,
we held the 2023 Spring Staff Sports Meeting with the theme of “Enjoy Sports, Integration of Dreams” at the headquarters of the Group, and more than 100 staff members of the Group
enthusiastically participated in the competitions of various items.
In the sound of the majestic athletes' entrance music, the 8 groups participating in the competition entered the field in a robust manner, and the Spring Staff Games of our group in 2023
was officially opened. At the opening ceremony, Nie Haixin, chief engineer of the group, made an opening speech, and Fang Jinyu, head of the conference team, declared the opening of the Games.
The Games set up a total of tug-of-war, 50-meter relay race, group balloon stepping 3 collective projects and K-song competition. In the afternoon sports field,
the players fully carry forward the sports spirit of “friendship first, competition second”, tacit cooperation, and strive to be the first. Finally, after a fierce competition,
each group of athletes returned with honors.
In the subsequent K-singing competition, the Group's square was dressed up, decorated with colorful balloons and starry lights, creating a joyful scene. The players sang on the stage,
and the staff barbecued all kinds of food under the stage, the songs, laughter and cheers gathered together, pushing this group building activity to the climax.
At the award ceremony, Ms. Ye Xiaohui, Deputy General Manager of the Group, made a speech on behalf of the Group: the Games set up a stage for everyone to have a happy exercise,
enhance physical fitness and friendship. We hope that all the staff will devote themselves to their work in the future with more enthusiasm and stronger physique, and make their
own efforts for the long-term and stable development of the Group.
This group building activities, cohesion and unity, in all employees strive to create a good atmosphere of love of life, love of work, love of sports, positive. We have expressed
that in the future work, we should transform the fighting spirit and unity in the activities into an inexhaustible impetus to promote the work, integrate the enthusiasm into the daily work,
and implement it into the performance of duties and responsibilities to promote the work to a new level.
